The A-Frame comfortably sleeps up to 3 guests with a queen bed in the loft and a single bed available. It's perfect for couples seeking a romantic getaway or small families wanting a peaceful retreat in Northern Michigan.

Your stay includes: private hot tub overlooking the forest, direct riverfront access to the Betsie River, fully equipped kitchen with espresso machine, high-speed WiFi (417 Mbps), washer/dryer, outdoor fire pit with complimentary firewood, gas grill, gas fireplace, and streaming TV. We provide all linens, towels, and toiletries.

We offer flexible cancellation for direct bookings: Full refund if you cancel 30+ days before check-in, 50% refund for 14-30 days notice. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable unless we can rebook your dates. This policy is more flexible than most booking platforms.

We welcome well-behaved dogs with a $75 pet fee. Please let us know in advance and ensure your pet is house-trained and not left unattended. The riverside setting and nearby trails make it perfect for dog-friendly vacations.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM with self check-in via lockbox. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late checkout may be available upon request for direct bookings.
